小窍门:
1.做这道菜一定要注意安全:因为黑鱼表皮有粘液,很滑,所以切的时候一定要及时用厨房纸巾擦去粘液。 2.煮鱼片的时候盐要比平时做菜稍微多一点,吃的时候鱼片才会有味道。 3.因为要给孩子吃,我没有做的很辣。如果喜欢吃辣,可以放一点香辣酱在鱼片上,再泼热油。
